1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Slight variations in product colors may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, or screen settings.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Orders are shipped through PostEx and Leopards Courier. Additional delivery charges apply when choosing Leopards Courier.

• For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order.

• Courier delays may occur and are beyond our direct control. However, we will assist you throughout the delivery process.

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Customers must keep their phones switched on and available for courier calls during delivery.

3. Exchange & Return Policy

• Exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or missing from the order.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Please record the parcel opening clearly.

• Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

• All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• All claims are subject to verification before approval.

• Approved exchanges and refunds will be processed within 10–12 working days after verification.
