Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

• Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items: Exchanges are only available if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or missing from the order.

• Unboxing Video Required: A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the parcel opening is mandatory for all exchange or missing-item claims.

• No Change-of-Mind Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

• Claim Deadline: Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• Verification Process: All claims will be reviewed and verified before an exchange or refund is approved.

• Processing Time: Approved exchanges and refunds will be processed within 10–12 working days after verification.
